With over three decades in fine jewelry, spanning diamond buying, product development, global sourcing, and leadership across major luxury houses, our CEO, Abhi Kothari, brings a uniquely comprehensive understanding of how exceptional jewelry is created.
His deep industry relationships, from factory floors to retail boardrooms, give us access and insight that can't be replicated. Abhi understands not just how jewelry is made, but how it succeeds commercially and what it takes to translate design vision into market-ready collections that perform.
SHWETA BAFANA
​With over 15 years across fashion, retail, and fine jewelry, co-founder Shweta Bafana brings a rare combination of merchandising expertise, product intuition, and operational precision. Her deep understanding of assortment planning, consumer trends, and production workflows ensures every project moves with clarity, efficiency, and uncompromising quality.
